So while I wait 4-5 days to see if my WiFi ever comes back to life, I called SiriusXM Guardian from the vehicle. They told me this:
- dealer didnt call them yesterday when the radio was replaced to transfer services (I knew that), and that they called today after I had to bring the car back. OK, knew that, thanks for confirming.
- said I had a "star ticket number" with Chrysler. OK. Then they sent me an email (see below), telling me to clear my personal data on the radio, wait 15 minutes with the car running, wait for the "Assist" app to reappear (it hasn't yet), then turn the vehicle off for 45 minutes and wait.
Fun Friday night here.
