So while I wait 4-5 days to see if my WiFi ever comes back to life, I called SiriusXM Guardian from the vehicle. They told me this:

- dealer didnt call them yesterday when the radio was replaced to transfer services (I knew that), and that they called today after I had to bring the car back. OK, knew that, thanks for confirming.

- said I had a "star ticket number" with Chrysler. OK. Then they sent me an email (see below), telling me to clear my personal data on the radio, wait 15 minutes with the car running, wait for the "Assist" app to reappear (it hasn't yet), then turn the vehicle off for 45 minutes and wait.

Fun Friday night here.

24 hours later update:

- AT&T: still down
- Sirius XM Guardian: New menu that gives me the option to Activate (progress). I attempt to active... Server Error. LOL. Unreal.

and Jeep is going back to the dealer. Chrysler wants it for 3+ days to run scans. Good times!

January 28th... I picked up my Jeep today, working finally. The dealer swapped out a second radio. And, as a previous user had suggested, it was about finding the right person that actually knew what they were doing to fix it. The Service Advisor said they were still having troubles, but eventually when they got the right person on the phone at FCA, it was fixed within minutes... Arghhh! Oh well, glad my Jeep is finally back home!

Spoke too soon... Got it home, and all works except SiriusXM Guardian. My subscription expired while the car was in the dealership, so they added a 1 month trial to the car to test with. Of course, they chose the cheapest version (no remote features, no security features). So I opened a case with SiriusXM Guardian... 2 hours later, the Guardian piece is fixe, but my Mopar.com portal still has the wrong info. Back to my Jeep case manager 2 days later. I can't believe how no one knows how to fix things...

more fun times... Backup cam has now died. And back to the dealer it goes...
Dealer replaced the backup camera and the car is back up and running. Not having great luck with this thing... Software version 19.11.4d FYI

Many of us feel your pain, but you are getting a beating on this... I recently did the OTA update and it knocked out my ORP access, seems slower to activate apps and screen is flashing at times. The updates seem to be random in v# as well.. some have v17 (me), other v18, 19 and 20. Yet no info on what is the most up to date version, perhaps due to all the tie in with HVAC, etc. it depends on what you got.

Most of my stuff is pet peeve things like why do I need to tag Nav and then Map to show, why can't that be a default, start the Jeep, map shows on screen, go to another screen, return to Nav, guess what have to hit Map again. No thought it seems on the human. Also, a fair priced (or free) off road mapping would be nice. rant over.
