So I was looking around a little ways to customize my 2dr, and I saw the mountain decals that go on the side that look kind of cool. The problem is that I don’t live in and rarely go to mountainous areas (maybe skiing in the winter). So I was thinking of an alternate type of landscape...the types of mountains that I live around. Thoughts? Like? Don’t like? 2 options below. I’m really just brainstorming here.

Hmmm - interesting idea. (your "mountains") I am a sticker guy, who can't let any of my vehicles sit long without some sticker to make even slightly different than the guy's next to me...but I won't put them on paint as once on, they rarely can be removed without some issue (like the paint all around fades, but under the sticker remains bright). That being said, I did wrap an xB once to match the coach I towed it with, and am considering wrapping the new Jeep when it comes in to match the coach I will tow it with...but in the immediate future will put on the stickers I already had made as soon as I take delivery. So my opinion - go for it! Do something to make it different than someone else's who may have theirs equipped the same as yours. Maybe the same reason I like personalized plates...?

I thought about fading over time. I wonder if there’s a vinyl/adhesive that doesn’t block UV so the fading would be even? But there are probably other factors that contribute to fading too.

Soooooo, you know that not a mountain, right?

It's a silhouette of the NYC Skyline, before the 9-11 massacre.

I think I know what it is. I’m from lower Manhattan. That was the thing, that that’s my version of mountains. Try reading where poster’s are from next time. I chose that version instead of the new WTC because that one is the one from my childhood.

I like that version of mountains for you, but you can also go with real mountains...do what you want. I have an Ocean Blue Sahara and have a little bit of a beach theme going to play off the color name, even though I don't go to the beach much, don't like sitting out in the sun, and hate sand. For me, the idea of the beach is relaxing. :like:
