Nothing extra is required if you have a Sport but to complete the look you need to get the side and bottom "ring" pieces painted. The Rubicon and Sahara's can swap those pieces over, if you have a Sport you cannot.

Replaced white grill with black satin grill. I had ordered the plain grill assembly first since satin black grill was on back order a few weeks ago but never installed it so decided order the black satin grill. The difference is the black satin grill comes with the screen and the slot and headlight trim pieces and top rubber strip all attached. So only thing I had to do was swap over the two side and bottom trim piecesfrom the white grill. Took about 30 mins total to swap grills. So I have for sale the plain black grill assembly. Will probably take additional 30 mins or so to swap over all the trim pieces and mesh screen.

It is one piece. You need to add the bottom and side trim pieces. Also need to add or swap with old grill the headlight and slot trim pieces back mesh screen and the top rubber piece.

Yes you can swap them. The mesh screen and headlight and slot trims pieces are all held in with clips. Neither grill comes with the two sides trim pieces and bottom trim trim pieces. I had to swap them from the oem white grill. The white trim u see in this photo had to be swapped. It’s two sides pieces and a bottom piece.

I have the plain black grill which has no trim at all boxed and ready to sell. You would have to swap over all the perimeter trim and headlight and slot trim. It’s the bottom grill in the pic. The top grill is the one I installed

Lol I’ve been waiting for this for awhile too. Must be a unicorn!! There was one posted somewhere here on the forum but it was an overcast day and the lighting was dark so you couldn’t really see how it looked. Kinda looked like the regular granite grille. I was hoping for a bit more contrast. Again was prolly the lighting.
