It looks better with body colored fender than without. The fender trim pieces matches with the grill.

I wet sand the black plastic first with 400 grit then 2 coats of primer, let it dry for couple of days the wet sand it again with 600 grits then 3 -4 coats of Mojito color paint , then 4 coats of Clear coat gloss

It doesn’t l, since the grill is Satin black and the side panels are just un painted black plastic. This is if you have Sport/Sport S . If you have a Rubicon or Sahara just swap it with your old one.

installed it on my sport and I like the look but I do want to either paint/dip the molding around it or get the 3 pieces and paint them... does anyone have a link for the 3 piece trim.

still got some projects to work on with a new bumper and American adventure lab high line fender lights are next. Would love to get the white trim and finish it all together.

thanks the trim should be here by Friday. Hopefully a few quick coats of white and I can have it done this weekend.

looks like you have a Sahara can’t you just remove the panels from you old grille and pop them in the new one that’s what I did with my rubicon

Nah it’s a sport s. Just some take off fenders I got in white and the Sahara bumper I got for free off a guy a while back... it’s still a sport tho lol
