Molle Panels for Rear Question

Has anyone installed this, or something similar by another company, onto their jeep and can answer a question for me. All the ones I've found say they are not compatible for soft tops. If you have this have you found a way to mount this? On a side note---companies need to seriously step up their accessories for soft tops.

I had these in previous jeep, they were wonderful for hanging stuff.
Will be getting another set (comes in 2).
The cup holders rattled, so I removed it.
