Missing Hardware for Mirror Kit

I added the "Doors-Off Mirror Kit by Mopar" as part of my Wrangler purchase last year. When I went to install them, I realized I'm missing a bushing from the kit. I'm attaching a picture to show what I am referring to. You can see in the picture I should have 2 of each of the bolts and 2 bushings. The empty package on the left had 1 of each and I used them to install one of the mirrors. When I grabbed the other hardware bag I realized it was missing the bushing (part D in the instructions). The bag is still sealed, so it didn't fall out anywhere. I also noticed they have different numbers on the bags. I have tried to search for those numbers, but haven't come up with anything.

I reached out the the dealer, but didn't really get anywhere and I didn't push the issue. As we start getting closer to spring, it's back on my mind.

Do you have anyway to track down a part number or a way that I could purchase the missing bushing or do I just need to find something similar from a hardware store?

Did you ever find a way to purchase a hardware kit? I misplaced one of the hinge bolts(the larger bolt in the kit) and can not locate a replacement.

Why don't you just take the one you didnt lose to a fastener store?

No, I haven't found a way to purchase an it. I'll probably just find something close from the hardware store.

My hardware is missing. Was going to order M8 Pan Torx Machine bolts to replace. Could anyone provide the lengths of bolts C, E and spacer D?
