Metalcloak 3.6 eTorque engine skid

Hey everyone, I'm in the process of putting the entire Metalcloak underbelly protection on my 3.6 eTorque and im having an issue with the passenger side motor mount bracket. The bracket seems to be substanially shorter than the drivers side to the point i had to jack the passenger side of the engine skid up a considerable amount to get the bolts to line up. This doesnt seem right to me and putting a level on the engine skid itself it's crooked by a considerable amount (roughly 3/4" higher passenger side).

Double checked the part numbers and they are correct per their instructions. Anyone ran into this issue? They also forgot to include the rear most gas tank skid spacers and some other items.

I was missing hardware and one of the engine skid plate to motor mount brackets was incorrect. @Metalcloak has great customer service and quickly resolved the issue. Maybe some info in this thread that could help. I’d suggest getting on the phone with their customer service dept.
