It is still there if I go to it from my real account, but not the one I called them out on shit from. Also if I go there logged out it loads just fine.

So they just blocked you.

I never interacted with them? I can see the account, but there is no information, and can't comment on their singular profile picture.

They clearly hang out on the forum. Maybe they harvested some info from this site and blocked people in this thread

Yet there's still deals to be found.

I got a full set of half doors in January for $2k, picked up of course.
I got a pair of XR LED tail lights for $100 last month.

A person just needs to be diligent yet quick enough to beat the next guy to them.

Unfortunately Facebook made it harder to flesh out the scammers by changing the About page to not include where the account is located.

I assume they get blocked quite often based on the search I did of their post and finding links to this site but the thread missing. not hard for them to create another account ... or just view it publicly if they are currently banned.

I have had enough fun dealing with consequences of my 82 year old dad losing money on Facebook marketplace that he could not afford to lose.

elderly people are the easiest targets for these scum bags

My assumption is that websites such as Facebook, YouTube, etc. are driven by algorithms and individual complaints mean nothing. If everyone here goes to this account and follows the link "report group," the algorithm will eventually flag is as suspicious. However, if everyone hits the "thumbs up" icon on its posts, or even just visits the sites multiple times, then it will keep it because it's generating profit. It's simple from a money-making perspective. You want to help your fellow Jeep owners? Report these sites and then ignore them.

I worry about that with my folks. Bad enough my soon to be ex fell victim to scams a few times. I think I lost 3k from her mistakes, and she almost got fired one time even.

I can't stand scammers. $100 says this person asks for money as a deposit or to deliver and you never see the money or the axles again. We need a couple local guys to "meet" this person and give him a knuckle sandwich.
This right here. I was buying a few sets of wheels, since they were a good price, and he said leave a deposit so they wouldn't walk. I asked for a pickup location first, as they indicated they were in Phoenix and I could pick them up. He goes on to tell me, that I wouod need to schedule a pickup day, but a deposit was required. I say sure, what saturday is good, as I work all week. He says Monday is pickup day. This goes round and round for a few more iterations until he says he will include shipping in the price, I just need to pay for them through a whatsapp call....ya right. They haven't responded to my requests for info since...

Sorry for the long windedness...

I got burned once by a scammer on FB Marketplace. I usually sniff those things out and it was embarrassing. I was pissed. Still am. Jeep parts were the shiny objects.

I have bought other things on there just fine, but mostly local where I could go see the items.
