That's the correct spring.

BTW, I'm 6' 200lbs and I could not get two hands in the footwell to change out the spring. I have no idea how it can be done with 1 hand unless you use something to hold the clutch down? After couple tries, I called my much more flexible son and he was able to swap it out with ease. :)
I just swapped out the spring in mine (it came in today). Using my 24" level did the trick for keeping the pedal depressed while doing the swap.

I can feel a difference. The pedal itself feels easier to push and it's smoother at the end of travel on the way back. I think I'm feeling a little more from the clutch now too which is nice. Need to drive it more.

Finally got my 2024 Willys 6MT April 12. The order was accepted July 18,2023. It looks great. I have previously owned 3 manual transmission Wranglers: 2012 Sahara JKU, traded for 2019 Sport S JLU, traded for 2022 Sahara JLU which was stolen.

After two weeks (one stall reversing into a tight parking spot), I would say that the clutch feel is very similar to the 2022 Sahara. I am not sure what people mean when they say the clutch feel is light, so I can't comment on that. However, like the Sahara, the Willys clutch it engages right near the top of it's travel. The first 2/3 of the pedal travel up from the floor does nothing ....

Overall, the road manners are not as good as the 2022 Sahara. Turns need to be slower and bumps are more disruptive. It seems similar to the 2019 Sport S on the road, which I suppose is pretty good, given the style and size of the tires. I will be taking it offroad for the first time next weekend.

Given the higher ratio rear differential, I was hoping the gear ratios would make 6th more useful, but it didn't. It is still only an option when on flat ground or going down hill.

I am only one tank in, so this may change, but gas mileage is noticeably worse than the 2022 Sahara.

It seems quieter than the 2022 with the hard top on, right up to 130 km/h. I was expecting more road noise, but it's not bad.

The 3rd picture is my favourite shot of the 2019 Sport S.

Fun ones!
Dang you've been waiting longer than me! My order was accepted end of October. Hydro blue Willys 2 door though. I'm not a fan of the Willys grill. That will be one of my first changes.

Hopefully Stellantis comes up with a fix for their lean miss issue on all these 3.6 manuals soon!!

Usually notice under light acceleration driving around town, 30 - 40 mph, in 3rd or 4th gear. RPM’s anywhere from 1800 to 2800 depending on speed and gear. Only does it under light acceleration. Many say it is the transition between low/high lift of the cam system?? Others say it is too lean of mixture for emissions? Stellantis is aware, and hopefully will come out with a software solution soon?

I’ve had my 2024 Anvil 2 door MT Rubicon for 1 month now. Other than gas mileage (15.8mpg per computer after 1000 mikes) I have no complaints. I hadn’t driven a manual in 18 years so stalled it a couple of times day 1 but no stalls since except once at the ORV park. I like how it handles around town and on the freeway. It’s just fun to drive anywhere and my kids prefer to ride in the jeep more than our other vehicles.

Here is my story.

I initially ordered a MY24 Willys 6MT on April 4th, 2023. Unfortunately, I finally abandoned my order in November of 2023.

This past Wednesday I happened to be browsing through in the Ourisman CDJR website and found a MY24 Rubicon 6MT firecracker red. I was able to purchase the rig and complete the deal over the phone. Ourisman was able to ship and deliver the rig to my home yesterday , Friday. I live 2.5 hours away. I got lucky.

Good luck! Hopefully you get lucky and yours doesn't have the hiccup/misfire issue under light acceleration, usually between 1800 and 2300 rpms. We have been engaged with Stellantis trying to get them to come out with a solution. Good luck!

Right now, I’m only 57 miles in. No issues yet.

Looks great! Makes me second guess my decision for hydro. Awesome that they’re willing to deliver that far as well!

It''s the 2-door version of mine! Well, without the winch. I should've gotten the winch haha. Good luck with it! The 6MT is a blast to drive.

Damn. I ordered my 2 door manual April 13 and it’s still not even scheduled yet.
