Solved about 90% of my problem. I realize that when I first got the jeep, I was still figuring out where the best shift spots were and where the clutch engagement was. So I wasn’t hearing the noise because of that. Once I got used to everything and where I needed to shift at and all that I started shifting quickly I would shift into gear let off the clutch. Now I’m revving up to 3000 to 3500 RPM before beginning to shift once the engine is revved, I clutch, shift very little noise by the way if any, and then instead of just releasing the clutch, I release a half a second to a full second slower, smooth no more problem no more noise. Or almost no more noise. Sounds like I was the issue along lol just thought I’d share. At least that’s one issue solved lol

Good deal. Glad you got it covered. I also found that higher rpm’s seem to help in the lower gears. On mine it seems like you really gotta give it the groceries, then granny-shift like you’re driving an old C7500 Grain Truck if you want a nice smooth transition. Could just be the 4.10 gears though. Everywhere I go it seems like someone’s always tailgating me until I get beyond 3rd gear. Ahhh the joys and curses of driving a manual transmission in a modern world lol.
