Lost access to USB Audio

After working flawlessly for the past several months in my brand new 24' Willys, UConnect stopped seeing files on any of the external drives or flash memory cards in both USB1 and USB2 - all it ever does is to play one track over and over, never advancing. The Browse button is grayed out. When pressed, the message comes up to the effect that it would take a while to index. Been like that for a few days. The same drives continue to work fine in my BMW. I am at a loss.

Try a different USB stick. Same issue?

Yes. the same issue. Different track is being played. But a single track. Over and over. Never indexing.
