Anyone know of a good shop around Lodi to regear my JL Willys? Want to go to 4.56.

Dave,
I just used Valley Differential in Stockton to install my new drive shafts. The Shop was a little cluttered and old but the work was great and they gave me a reasonable quote, actually lower then I thought it would cost. The job was a little harder then then they expected, but they kept the same quoted price. It might be worth giving them a call to see what they say. I regeared to 4:88 over a year ago and it was worth every penny. Hope your new mod goes great and maybe see you out on the road/trails I am in Lodi often. ✌

Hey Peter, thanks for the reference. I will check them out and see what they have to say. Good mechanics are getting harder to find these days, everyone relies on the PC and part changes.

Nice looking ride!

Thank you, and if your in the market for heavy duty diff covers you might want to have them when you get your gears changed so you wont have to put diff covers on twice. I went with Motobuilt but there are many other great HD covers out there. Easy to fill and change diff fluid. Good luck and happy Jeepn!!
