Looks like your missing the washer.

Looks like you have the center bolt missing. Once you have one screwed in it holds the key in and doesn't allow it to come out. let me know if you have ant questions. I think I have that bolt and washer, I had a soft top that I ruined but kept for the spare parts for my new Soft top. -Peter
