2018 JLUR owned for 8 months 6k miles. Been in shop 4 months and 6 times of it supposedly being fixed. Replaced entire engine, still has fueling and electrical problems. FCA has no idea how to fix it. Been sitting at dealer for 2+months.

Being bought back and replaced with a 2019. I hope my luck changes.

I have a 19 Rubi, it was fantastic but steering issues started when I lifted the Jeep. This is somewhat to be expected, just because of changing the geometry of everything. I did however choose the Mopar lift thinking that would be less of an issue... don't kid yourself. If I had it to do over, I would have gone straight to aftermarket. Anyway, it's been Back and forth with the shop several times to solve (its there again today.)

Yes, this is a Jeep thing, it is also VERY irritating to be making a second car payment on a vehicle that is in the shop. So maybe take your time lifting, etc..

My biggest complaint is the dealer... it was the worst buying experience, and has been the worst service experience of my life. If I was not a brand loyalist, I would have bought damn near anything else. But that also is a Jeep thing... funny though, I tried having something else and never could get the Jeep out of my blood. You will hopefully find the same. Good luck!
