It was a big enough emergency apparently to get you to reply a message like that out of your personal time and for that I’m GRATEFUL!!

Jeeps2Little, now that i have bought a Rear Facia Wiring from the mopar site, I’m still going to have to put the wires back in is that right?

It will become clear once you receive the new wiring harness. Right now you have two connectors joined together. One with the wires intact and one with the wires pulled out of it, You will separate the two connectors you have now. Set aside the connector that the wires are pulled out of. Plug the new connector with wiring harness into the existing connector that still has the wires intact. The other end of the new wiring harness will have a small connector that plugs into the back of your license plate light.

Also if you want someone to be notified you’re asking them a question withour responding to their comment put “@“ directly in front of their forum name.

Here are your two connectors. Just imagine the wires are yanked out of the connector on the left side of the pic. You will push down on the white tab while gripping each connector and pull them apart in order to separate them. Don’t pull on the wires themselves. I am holding them in the pics just to keep my fat fingers out of the way. Your new wiring harness will have the connector with wiring intact as shown on the left side of the pic. Plug the new connector with wiring into the old connector with wiring shown on the right side of the pic

You should be good to go now and BTW I didn't see anywhere you said it was an emergency! Maybe a little overzealous but it is a quick way to get stopped!
Good luck!

Terrymo has you covered with his explanation and he is spot on. You will throw away the part of the connector with the wires ripped out and the ripped out wires from your original bumper. That will all be replaced with your new part you just purchased from All Mopar.

The other end of the new harness you will get has this connector on the other end that plugs into the license plate lamp assembly itself. It will all be clsar to you once you have the new harness in front of you.

So I ordered the wire harness as suggested on Sunday night. I was able to pick
It up today. I have a bumper from a ‘24 rubicon, I have the wire harness, and I have a license plate lamp (just in case mine doesn’t work and they are currently fly on back order so for $54 I took their last one in Raleigh nc).
I will be fixing my fuck up either tomorrow when I get off work or Thursday.
I’ll post pictures.
thank you again to everyone for the help. I am greatful

Hey everyone. I want to apologize for not posting an update, but I did get the bumper assembly put back together and I did get my new harness hooked up. Only one issue, underneath the jeep there are two holes where bolts are to go, but the bumper isn’t lining up for this last place. Everywhere else is good. Thoughts?

Losen all other bolts and that should line up. Always fit the bolts in first and then tighten them.
