Im out now. Jeeps down for a couple weeks. having to ship my stabilizer to Falcon to have the mount pin replaced that i stripped out trying to swap in the new 1-5/8" clamp. UGH. good news is while its there it will get fully rebuilt as its 3-4 years old pricing was surprisingly decent
Hated that Allen bolt with a passion. Lots and lots and lots of fire made it come out. I couldn’t believe how tight that bolt was.

I'm going to be bringing PB&J on Saturday but saving most of my tummy space for post run french fries.
I’m assuming you’re talking about that place in arrowbear. That alone will be worth the trip.

i mean its an aluminum stud on an aluminum block. they shouldn't be using Loctite at all. really need anti-seize more than anything on it. LOL. the lady i talked to at TeraFlex said the same thing. It needed more heat. Wish they had a recommended temperature to get it loose. my concern was over heating the internal oil and seals and causing an issue with a leak. oh well worth the 150 bucks

I remember thinking what if I weld a nut to it and try and take it off with an impact? 🤔 😂 I think ultimately I ended up hammering in a larger tip and getting it out that way because mine was starting to strip too. And of course by then the whole front end was blown apart on the garage floor so it was now or never.

Chocolate soup if we find mud puddles.
I'm hoping for no mud. Last trip out I spent like 2 hours trying to get the mud out of the Jeep.

Looks like temps are gonna be in the 30s in the morning. I may have to wear like real shoes. 😬

If there’s mud I would expect it to only be in the low areas of the valley.
Your toes will only be cold in the morning.
