I’d stay clear of 7” JK lights with adapter brackets. This is something I’ve messed around with when the JL first came out and there were no 9” lights. The brackets will rust and you’ll have a gap in your grille/ headlight recess.
On my ‘18 sport I had Morsun headlights ($329) that are now sold by Rough Country. They performed just as well as my ‘21 with OEM leds. You can definitely find quality lights for $200+ so I’d vote for OEM take-offs which show up frequently or shopping around for a particular mold/ extra functionality you like.
