LED Fog Light Mounting Question

I just got in my MP Concepts Forged Aluminum Front Bumper from XT and I know it takes the 4 hole mounting fog lights. The trouble is, from what I can tell, on my JLR with the plastic bumper, I am getting the 3 hole mount.

My question is, does anyone know if the stock Mopar fog lights can have 1 mounting adapter taken off and another put on, or is the mounting integral to the light? I know some after market solutions provide both brackets and I'm thinking I may have to order 1 of those to use with my new bumper.

The link below shows a fog light replacement on Amazon that you switch the mount for. Any help would be appreciated. If I can change the mount I can just buy 1 from Mopar for like $10/ea. I'd love to stay stock if I can, I paid enough for all of it >.>

There are three different mounts, I don’t think you can change the mount and will probably have to look at the adapters.

Thanks, really can't find a good image of them to see if they're integral. I'll look when I get my JLR, just wanted to see if maybe someone knew.

The base Sport bumper has the three tab mount setup, the premium models, Sahara/Rubicon have the four tab mount setup and the Mopar steel bumper has the two tab setup.
this is a four tab LED Fog light.

the tabs are part of the housing.

Thanks for the pics man and letting me know. I have a Rubi and plastic bumper so I think I have a 3-tab which won't work I would love if it was 4-tab, we'll see.

The three tabs are only on the Sport bumpers.

If it's true that I have the 4 mount then I'll be really happy! I was just going off the documentation I saw online at other places and the diagrams from the Mopar parts site. *fingers crossed*
