LED Fender light options

I have the LED package on my Willys but it seems maybe I have a lower end fender light. The light is orange where I see others are white. Is their a way to upgrade the bulb to make it bright white to match the LED headlights?

If you do not add the diodes what happens And does the Jscan allow you to do?

Without the resistors you will get fast blinking on the dash and may get bulb out warnings. The light at the fender will still blink normally. JScan allows you to program that the turn signal light is LED and will blink normally without resistors installed, and no bulb out warnings.

The bulbs look great and will switch to amber when the turn signal is activated, then switch back to white.

What is JScan?

Did mine today without the resistors and flashing fast.

JScan is an iPhone/iPad app which allows you to program features on your Jeep. You will need a Bluetooth OBD connector as well as a 12+8 connector. The reason it is flashing fast is because the computer doesn’t recognize the LED bulbs. You can change that setting with JScan and it will flash normally. The problem with installing the resistors is they get extremely hot and could melt if not secured problem within the fender well.
