Leaking Transfer Case on new Rubicon

I have a new Rubicon with just over 1,000 miles on it, and am already having problems with the transfer case leaking. I see others have had this same problem. Can anyone tell me if the repairs successfully fix the issue, or is this something I have to look forward to from now on?
