I bought my 2018 JLUR from Craig Benner when I PCS'd back from overseas. Had to handle most of the arrangements remotely, but he had my Jeep ready the day I landed back in the DC area.

Koons' admin process is a bit much, and I had issues with the Service Dept., but Craig was legit and got me the Jeep I wanted at the best price I could negotiate online from overseas.

I'd buy through him again if I were still on the East Coast.

yeah my experience has been ok when i pick the vehicle but purchase from out of state is chaotic . they keep changing staff so they haven't figure out how to support out of state buyers

Thank you for sharing the list, I have purchased from Koons and Ourisman CDJR in Clarksville MD before, and I can say Ourisman provides a better deal; $400 less in fees and a total of 8% below invoice. have you ever seen 10% below invoice?

Worked with Craig a few years ago on a JL Rubicon purchase and found him to be outstanding. In the years since, I have found the Koons service department to be extremely hit or miss - one, in particular about the "Service Axle Locker System" issue that is pervasive. Most recently trying to inquire about replacing my worn stock tires with a potential upsize and/or suspension mod. Absolutely impossible to get a proper response despite several outreach attempts. Meanwhile, I get periodic spam calls with service coupons that don't apply to my situation. If anyone has a good wheel/tire/suspension shop in Northern VA please let me know.
