I think I've gone through most of the posts on upgrading the dash and the SB but I am still a little confused. Unfortunately I'm 57 with hearing aids so I probably wouldn't take advantage of a highend system. I'm looking for a little louder and clearer system without adding an amp and tons of money. Are the kicker ks 3.5"s and ks 4"s easy to plug and play other than maybe flipping the wires in the adapter after checking polarity? If I get these is there anything extra I would need to do?
Thanks in advance.

The 3" dash speakers (77Kick25AB) will take less than 10 minutes and they come with factory plugs. You can put a pair in the soundbar as well. I replaced the dash speakers in her 21 JLUR with the Alpine system with a set of Quart JC-108 speakers. Also about 10 minutes. Both would be good options.

Are the dash speakers with Alpine pretty crappy speakers? I still have some kicker C something 3 inch with connectors. Might replace if speakers are pretty low quality.

I have the 4 and 3 inch for sound bar also if they are worth replacing.

They are ok but there are better. When I upgraded my 22, I started with Infinity, then JL Audio and thought that replacing the HU was the way to go because that is what worked in my JK. I could not get the Pioneer to work with the factory amp so I ended up with the full MB Quart stage 6 with the drop in sub. Not cheap but IMO worth it.
