Key LED Indicator keep lighting and cannot operate on cars

This red light keep lighting (no blinking) and cannot operate on cars(lock/unlock/horn). I change the battery and still does not work. I have just purchased this vechicle for less than 1 month. Do you guys know how I can sove this problem?

Did it ever work? Maybe the dealer give you a fob that was for another jeep or car by accident? Take it back to the dealer and see what they say. I assume you have another one that works properly.
