Just stumbled across this post and glad I did! I just got there flex era 4 lights so this template is great. But I need the templates for the slim lite led covers too. How exactly did you get the template from KC? Did you straight call and just ask and they were happy to provide or what?
If anyone is looking to make custom KC covers for your Pro6 or Flex Era 4 lights, here are the templates from KC. I got mine made by @pixeldecals here on the forum. Just shoot them a private message and they can help you out.
Sorry for the late reply. I been running around between CA and AZ. The templates for the Pro6 and FE4 are on their website. I just sent a request for the Slim Lite template, I know a engineer over at KC. He doesn't have one, but he said he can make one. I'll shoot it over to you once he makes it.

Can the smiley face logo be printed on the Flex Era 4 cover? When putting a custom decal on a cover, do you have to get a blank cover or does the decal cover the entire front?
