JLU wiring runs

I installed a Rough Country 7 aux switch control in my 2018 JLU and want to run wires from the back bumper to the engine compartment. I know how to wire from the engine to the cab was looking if there was a way to go from the back bumper into the cab forward. Thanks in advance!!!!

I know this probably isn't what your looking for but on my TJ, I ran the CB antenna cable in right at the tailgate (passenger side at the bottom) I tucked in the cable best I could and then I ran it up on the roll bar with black zipties. Then back down to the floor and under the carpet to the center console where my CB was. I thought it worked well.

If the body hasn't changed after 2020, you should be able to run wires up into the passenger tail light from the bottom. From there, moving interior body panels enough to route it along the interior tire hump down to the floor under the door frame and then up and out the firewall.

There may be a rubber seal plug under the bodyframe where the tail light is, there wasn't one in the 2020 but there 'should have been'.

Or, there's always just running it under the inner edge of the frame to the front and in through the engine bay or back of the tire well.

ON the JK, I did the same, passed in the cab and exited in the back fender to the bumper.
Alternatively try following the frame rail
