JLU Sport front diff

pretty new to the wrangler world, I just picked up a new JLU Sport with the upgraded rear diff with lsd. Curious about the front diff. Is it just a plain open diff or does it use the brakes to simulate lsd?

It's both. It's an open diff, and yes, it has the Brake Lock Differential (BLD) system.
