Hello everyone. When my soft top was removed from my Jeep, one side was not locked as it should be before removal. I want to put the soft top back on but fear it won't work because all documentation says it must be locked before removing. Is the top ruined now or is there a fix/workaround

You should be fine. It's pretty tough, but you'll have to lock it while it's on the ground. You'll probably need an extra hand.

Not ruined, but you have to get that side locked before you can reinstall, otherwise it's simply not going to sit on the bracket properly. Put the lever in the lock position, and rotate the mechanism until you hear it click (it's a lot stiffer then you'd think it should be). All will be well.
