JLU Soft Top Quarter Window Installation Question

Hi all,

Quick question here for those who have the green plastic retention clips for their rear windows.

Looking at the attached photo (circled in red), what the correct way to position the retention clip that sits near the back support on the rear quarter windows? As it is in the photo? Or does that part of the green clip sit on the outside of the rear plastic support? I find if I position it as in the photo, I don't get as good engagement with the clamp when installing the window.

I put my sides by sliding them on, then I attach corners to bracket. Then I do the vertical green part top to bottom and then the horizontal green part front to rear, finishing off by sliding finger all the way down to where you have it circled.
