JL Turbo Diesel 3.0L error code C120C-00

I've had error C120C-00 a couple of times. It would happen at freeway speeds going up a slight grade. Google search states:
Jeep error code C121C-00, which means "Torque Request Signal Denied," indicates a communication issue between the ABS/ESC module and the engine control unit (ECU/PCM).

First time the dealer replaced the turbo ( required a body off operation). Now it's happened again. On-line suggestions is to replace the ABS unit.
If you have had this problem what was your fix ??

I just received these codes after fueling up
C121C-00 Torque Request Signal Denied
U0074-00 DEDICATED POWERTRAIN (D-PT) CAN BUS OFF
C16CF-15
B16D3-15 Throttle Actuator Control Module Processor
U140E-00 Implausible Vehicle Configuration Data Received

But not sure where to start looking... They all seem related (one is causing a chain reaction)

First time dealer replaced my turbo( body off task ). Second time I got the error dealer replaced the PCM. One week later I just got error C121C-00. On line search states it's the ABS unit. Wait and see what dealer says. One idea dealer had was when oil temp gets hot it will send an error.

It was hot today... But I've had oil temps higher than today and no issues. Right now even it park, the darn thing seems sluggish when I give her some throttle.
