I have a TopLift Pro (https://www.topliftpros.com) - a little spendy but nice. I have yet to use it (or even take it out of the box) since it's too cold where I live to take the top off yet. :(

Perhaps not quite what you're looking for but thought I'd mention it in case you were unaware of it.

Perhaps not quite what you're looking for but thought I'd mention it in case you were unaware of it.
My garage ceiling is too low, doesn't have ceiling joists (has trusses) and it is a rental so can't modify the trusses to accept a hoist or that is the way I'd go. The Toplift is hugely expensive for what it does plus takes up more floor space.
