Jeep Wave customer service stinks

I'm having a problem logging in to my Wave account. I called the 800 number (because chat was only available from within my account).
After some explaniation of my situation, representative asked if I have any other Jeep brand vehicles. I replied "yes". Rep then asked for the vin number (of my wifes car). I stated I didn't think that was pertinant to this issues I was having and I would not like to share that infomarion. She has a Grand Cherokee, and never had a Wave account.

Representative then stated he can not help me or create a case # becasue I am not suppling all the requested information.

What a bunch of crap. Very pooor customer interaction. Jeep, do better
