Jeep trail cover search

Looking to take the doors off my 2dr JL but keep the top on. I'm in FL so pop up storms happen all the time. Anyone find a trail cover or cover that works in that combination? most i see for sale state you have to have top off or folded down. Full covers will work but looking for something quicker and not dealing with threading the antenna before a storm....got caught once and it seemed that with top up and doors off, all the water pooled in the feet area of driver and passenger.....looking to learn from my mistake!! thanks!
