I don't post much but felt compelled to give a shout out for the folks at deepsleep mattresses. I purchased 2 of their solo mattresses a couple years back and my wife and I have been super pleased with the comfort level in the back of the JLU. We've spent probably 30+ nights in the back and love not having to mess with a tent. So short story; I was already a fan of the product and then recently one of them developed a small leak in the side panel (probably from user error). I first tried a patch and that didn't work, so I contacted DeepSleep Overland and they provided a shipping label. I returned it and they inspected. The message back: after a thorough inspection, they also identified a minor defect around the valve and they will be sending me a brand new mattress.
It is rare you get that kind of ethical customer service. Kudo's to them!

Thanks for sharing your experience with deep sleep. I have been looking at their mattresses recently and wondered if they were comfortable and good quality. They sound like a great company.
