I want to have a clean build, and in my head its as easy as a 2in lift, 33s, new wheels, and LED lights. But is it really that simple? I have a 7yr full warranty so my big question is if i get a lift from the dealer would the warranty stay valid? Also, could a dealer convert halogen into LEDs?

Clean build being the gpal ,what you said = yes!
Dealer warranty = pirates control it
Mfg warranty = what you said would not void warranty
Dealer would jump at the chance to instal the leds
