I'll be in town the first weekend for daughter's competitive dance competition and planning on heading back up the following Sat or Sun with a buddy to check out the vendors. In the market for some new wheels, not sure what kind of deals they may offer there.

I heard the vendor show for Friday and Saturday is supposed to be even better than last year, which I hope is true because last year was just okay.

The track lap is a good time and is definitely worth adding on. The beach parade is fun too.

If my 4xe dies again between now and then, I wonder if they'd let me do the track laps in a loaner Jeep Compass

I will actually be making the incredibly long drive down this year with my dad. Going to be some good bonding time with a 975 mile trip. Tried convincing my wife to take off but she hates taking off work and hates long road trips so she will be staying back.

Did our track laps this morning. They changed up part of the course this year. They routed us through the infield track that gets used on the Rolex 24 race. Still lots of fun. Just not as many straightaway opportunities.
