@JeepCares
I have been having some on going issues with my 2021 Jeep Wrangler Willys Unlimited since I purchased it. Most were annoying, but not a safety issue.
The main issue is the Jeep has been losing power randomly. It’s happened a few times on backroads and now twice on a highway. The most recent incident put me in a dangerous situation. Check engine light on I95 in the fast lane and had to cross four lanes of traffic to get out of the way of traffic still going full speed. The dealership has now had the car 14 days. They advised they couldn’t replicate the issue and aren’t taking it seriously. They don’t offer loaners and I’ve been forced to borrow an old TJ to get back and forth to work. It’s frustrating because I paid just over 50k for this car brand new. It was taken into the dealer being less then two years old, but has over 26k miles so I’m not sure if I can lemon law the car.
I’ve read about bad grounds, PCMs being bad and possibly pedals. Not sure what to do.
Have already had coolant leaks repaired after a breakdown.
Radio gets locked into calls and I have to pull a fuse to shut the radio off.
Traction control issues.
Rear defrost hasn’t worked since I bought the car.
the worst issue is the customer service. Can’t seem to find a dealer that isn’t rude .
anyone have a good contact at a Jeep dealer in CT or Jeep car care?
I’ve had a JK in past with no issues and borrowing a TJ from a d family member with 156k miles. Both these cars were great. Seems like my JL is just a lemon. I’ve already tried to trade the car in and getting horrible offers around 30k. Don’t think it’s fair I have to lose 20k on a car Jeep can’t seem to fix.
anyone else have a similar experience?
