Might be a silly question, but is it normal to be able to rotate your stock tie rod and it wiggle and knock like this? It's rock solid left to right - no play. Just rocks when rotated forward/back.

Got a really minor clunk i'm trying to track down and don't know if this is it or normal. Thanks!

Thanks! That's good news really. The only other thing i saw is this little guy - rub mark on the frame from the front sway bar. The quick disconnect links are too long for my tiny 1.5" front spacers and has the sway bar at a gnarly angle. Don't love that part. I'll probably test drive tomorrow with the sway bar connected and disconnected to see if the little clunk goes away. The clunk is only when i hit a bump on the passenger side front tire, and the rub mark is on the passenger side, so maybe that's more likely?

That’s likely it…. Are your sway links adjustable? You should get the sway bar level or 7-10 degrees up….. since you manually disconnect, there’s no threat of the sway bar inverting when wheelin.

check your upper and lower shock bolts, that they are tight. From the factory my passenger side was loose and causing a knock.

they are not adjustable unfortunately - sounds like time to switch to another kit with adjustable links or maybe the autolynx
