So sometimes my 2019 Rubicon doesn't start the 1st time.
I step on the break and hit the start button, and "click" that's it.
I have to try numerous times with each time being a different time to start, but it does eventually start.
I checked the battery and it's 14 volt, so it's not the battery.
Any thoughts?

The battery should only be 14v while it's getting charged. That's a red flag. Also batteries can produce a fully charged voltage but do not have anywhere near enough CCAs to start an engine.

It's almost certainly your battery, or batteries if you have a Main/Aux. Always replace both at the same time or you will go through batteries much faster than you should.

I brought it into the dealership and they didn't find any codes.
I agree with you it maybe the starter.
The battery is fine so I know it's not the battery.
Thanks.

David beat me to the brake switch. The clutch switch on a manual, or neutral switch on an automatic can get flakey also. Try pushing the clutch pedal farther down, or try neutral instead of Park.
