Initializing Voice Recognition Please Wait...

While driving home from work today. I attempted to use the hands free calling to call home and got "Initializing Voice Recognition Please Wait..." I turned off the radio and tried it again, no go. Tried it on and off all the home (about 30 minutes) I then tried using the Navigation for guidance, the GPS worked but no voice navigation... Both of these features worked, because I used them when I left the dealership on Monday.

I have the same problem with voice navigation. I wonder if the recent software update messed it up?
I've tried muting/unmuting, changing voice navigation on/off, and changing voice volume but nothing works.

Update: Went to Dealer today for oil change and had them check this out. Result being they ordered a new radio. Wonder how long that will take?

This sucks for sure, Hope they figure something out to fix it. Maybe another software update?
