Ineos Grenadier - time behind the wheel

I got to drive a Grenadier during the Denver Area event. I was truly impressed. If anyone has question, hopefully I have some feedback.
Sadly, stillon price. I did learn that I’ll be able to convert my reservation to an early order at no extra money. Then when it’s time to look in order, they will contact me to confirm. I still want the vehicle.
Build order will be in the order of early reservation timing. I don’t know where I am in the 7000 res holder line, but I did put down my $450 within the first few minutes of it being open in the US.
May is when everything gets released and preorders start

Very nice rig. Reminds me of the old LR’s and LC’s. If they deliver in the price ranges I’m seeing ( and quality is good) that will likely be our next 4x4. I was totally unaware of these until I saw your post. That 6 cyl BMW is a great engine. Wish they’d bring in the Turbo diesel-that’d be a slam dunk for me.

Figured I’d necro this Grenadier thread instead of writing another of my own. Didn’t realize they were bringing the truck variant to the US as well. Honestly wished Jeep went in this direction for the Wagoneer sub-brand.

Thanks for this - any comments on the off road performance? I've been looking at these for the last 3-4 months but am worried about the service network and maintenance / repairs.

Also, Gwagens were sold by a third party “grey market” imported for a couple decades before Mercedes decided it was worth in to export them to the US on their own.

It will be a tough go for them, especially at the advertised prices. Maybe if another big OEM backed them, but I doubt it.
