How to I update the Uconnect 7" screen?

In reality, the Uconnect site is worthless and not useful AT ALL for resolving issues or finding current information on updates.

In the 2+ years of ownership, I've tried several times searching the Uconnect site and was told "no updates available", when the truth was there were updates/fixes available!

It's best to search TSBs available through this forum and others then INSTRUCT your dealership to install them. I've had to do this on 2 different occasions to get Uconnect4 problems resolved.

There is a new software version (I think 1810.02) that is supposed to fix your problem but I think it is only available for dealers

I have never been able to find a place to check the version on the Jeep.

If you are talking Uconnect version there is a hidden service menu with version info
