How to find a part number?

So thinking about installing the Rugged Ridge tailgate reinforcement. It requires you to “punch through” what appears to be some painted seals. How can I find the part number to order them and replace them once I Install to re-seal it.

See starting at 4:11 in the video for what “part” I am referring to - yes they are behind the plastic panel but I figure I might as well seal it back up.

You don't need to punch through them. You can peel them off carefully and reuse them.

Like Big Hoss said, they peal off and can be reused. Just like the plastic wind sheets in car door panels. That guy in the video just chose to kick the door in without checking if it was already unlocked.
