How do I stop the "BING!"?

It’s an option with a Tazer, I’m not sure if it can be done without a programmer.

Do you know what menu it's under, I would like to disable the noise just on principle!!!

Submenu “Other” (the last one before reboot) -> Seat Belt ding. It cancels only the sound, not the dash light reminder.

Also an option with JScan. Turn belt noise off a while ago for offroading.

You can also just do the three seatbelt 4 click on and off thing to disable the dinger. There is some utube videos on it. No tazer or jscan required. Thats what i did.
