Basically, I have a JLU Rubicon with AUX Buttons & I have OEM Hitch. I successfully mount my KC HiLiTES C-Series C2 Backup Flood Lights on the plastic bumper are mounted next to the Hitch one on each side.
I successfully run the wiring which come with the lights to the front, so that I can operate it through my Aux 4 (Switch). However, what I really like is to make it, so that it turn on when I am on reverse, but would still be able to turn it on using my Aux 4 button on demand.

Any Tips on how I can do that?

Yes, you'll need diodes to make it happen. Diodes restrict the flow of electricity to one way. So, let's say you just hooked up the wire for the reverse lights to the power wire for the new spot lights. The new lights would light up every time the reverse lights came on, however, every time you turned on the spots they would send electricity to the reverse lights as well, and possible cause an issue with the vehicle's computer wondering why there is voltage where there shouldn't be.

So, using a diode, you can keep that from happening. Next, take the signal wire coming from the AUX switch, and the signal wire from the reverse lights, put diodes on both, then combine into a single input to your relay to power the lights ;)
