Hi Guys!

We are pleased to have the opportunity to support such a dedicated and enthusiastic forum. As an authorized Mopar Parts and Accessory retailer we are here to help answer any product questions you may have. We also welcome any part inquiries you may have no matter how big or small. I should also note we have some of the best pricing around

Please feel free to reply here with any inquiries!

Thank you,
Benny
I'm confused as of late when it comes to warranty stuff so sorry for asking stupid questions but I've always been of the opinion that its better to be thought of as stupid than to make stupid mistakes.

To wit:

1) If I get my warranty work done at an authorized dealer does this also guarantee that the parts installed are mopar parts? Clearly this obviates any parts you don't actually make. If not why not?

2) If a modification that goes outside the scope of the original design (ie lift kit) of the vehicle is composed of parts that are made by Mopar does that provide an argument against to as to why the warranty might be voided when a lift kit is installed?

Hi Brad,
These are good questions.

1) Yes the dealer has to use factory parts for warranty repairs. In some rare cases there are Warranty approved but not OE parts that can be used but this is rare. An example of this not specific to a Wrangler would be a brake rotor.

2) Adding a lift kit whether it be Mopar or aftermarket cannot void your warranty. If a component of that kit is causing an issue the repair would simply not be covered by warranty. There are laws protecting owners from simply having their entire warranty voided. Essentially the part or modification needs to be proven that it is at fault.

Hi Anna,

These take about 2 weeks for us to get
https://parts.allmoparparts.com/oem-parts/mopar-paint-68626679aa

Mopar warehouses do not stock it anymore, It needs to come directly from the vendor hence the longer period.

Please let me know if you have any other questions.

Thank you,
- Benny

Thanks for that, as a follow up especially with regards to the second part does this also apply in canada, and if there is a dispute where would I go?

Hi,
Sorry I cant comment on Canadian policies and or consumer protections. I would approach your local dealership with this question to hear their stance on it.

Hi,
This part number has been replaced 68715234AA and is expected to be available from the new vendor end of August however this ETA can be pushed back. There are no dealers that show any inventory of the old or new number.

- Benny

Same. I’m in need of this exact part do you have an eta now ???

Hi Benny,

I just ordered and tried to install the proximity handles on my half doors and the harnesses are for the full doors and won’t work. There’s a thread from someone that said with your help the right harness numbers are:
68477709ad (driver)
68477717ad (passenger)

My question is although the driver side is available, is there another part number for the passenger side because it says it’s discontinued?

Thank you

-Paul

Hey Benny. I was on your website looking for a cabin filter for my ‘23 2.0 without the automatic climate controls and came back with 2 different part numbers with 2 different prices. Can you confirm which is the correct cabin filter?
