Hi Benny, I found my build date August 2019. Looks like my Jeep will not work with a brake controller at this time. I am going to call the dealership where I bought my Jeep 3 weeks ago and let them know and do they want me to return the brake controller. I hope this gets worked out since towing a travel trailer is the main reason we bought the Jeep.

Hi Benny. I have a 2021 JLUR, VIN# 1C4HJXFG7MW532653. I plan to install a winch, and based on other readings on the forums, decided to go with the Mopar winch bracket due to clean install, although the price is a bit higher than other brands. Question: Aside from winch and fairlead which I'll buy separately, do I need anything more from a bracketing perspective than the winch mounting kit and fairlead adapter plate? I believe these are part #s 82215182AC and 82215528AB, respectively. Also, is there much lead time on these assuming I buy from allmoparparts.com? Thanks.

The part numbers are correct when using a centered fair lead and no additional parts are required. Availability is good about 3-5 days of order processing time is required and yes please purchase directly from our site. I will send you a code to use.

Had the controller installed at the dealership. Same problem as everyone else. It does not work. No lights on controller as well.

Honestly I am not sure how the controller responds when this condition occurs, I will have to research some other posts. Did the dealership disconnect it before leaving?

No they did not disconnect it. Can you find out if it does illuminate. I think it blew a fuse if it has one. I will read the install manual and operation manual tomorrow. Thank you....
