That's a suspension lift including four control arms. You didn't specify a spacer lift until later in the thread.

How many hours for a spacer lift in your opinion? I was quoted 4 hours of labour. Thanks

Depends on what the kit includes. I suggest you do it yourself if you have the time- it's very easy. Frankly, you should be able to install it yourself, because when (not if!) something breaks on the trail, you'll need the skills to fix it.

If it is a quality trustworthy shop i think 4 hours is fare for someone not wanting to or able to there own work
