Hope this helps but I was having same problem and replaced my tires and it totally went away no problems no matter what bump I hit. The problem was running a new toe setting on a somewhat wore tire and they were not totally not balanced well. The new tires caused it to all go away. I even backed the pinch bolts back from 130 to 100 still no issues. Not the DL, I went with a metalcloak on that. My tie-rod got settled, but required 130 ft/lbs, which is WAY higher than what it's supposed to be. Key is just to get as much thread exposed as you can to give it purchase to hold.
