Help with the onboard WiFi please..

just set up the WiFi and can get iPhone and iPad to connect and work fine. My work laptop will connect but then says “connected no WiFi available”. At that point the other devices stop retrieving website info until I disconnect the laptop from the network and restart the Jeep. Tried another laptop that doesn’t have the same level of security as my work laptop and it won’t even see the Jeep WiFi but easily connects to home WiFi. Anyone here have ideas? Appreciate the help
